Whole Wheat Onion Dosa ; The Instant way​
This recipe is truly inspired from my mom's cooking. My mom use to make this Dosa with out onions. I tried once by topping this with onions i loved it however when i mixed chopped onions after sauteing them with some coconut it tasted even better. Advantage of this dosa is it could be made instantly with out any need for fermentation and tastes even better and crispier.
Ingredients
1) Whole wheat flour - 1 Cup
2) Onion - 1 Cup Chopped onion
3) Water - 2 cups
4) Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
5) Dried Red Chilly - 2-3 in quantity
6) Curry Leaves - 10 in quantity
7) Salt - 1/2 tsp
8) Dry coconut ( Desiccated ) - 1 tsp
9) Refined Oil - 2 tsp

Health Benefits
whole wheat flour is robust contains vitamins minerals and fiber. Onion has
cholesterol reducing properties along with good amount of antioxidants in it.
It acts as a good anti cancer, anti viral food substance.
In a mixing bowl, take 1 cup of whole wheat flour. Add 1/2 tsp of salt, mix it up.
Add 2 cups of water and mix well to form the batter for dosa.
You can serve it with any chutney , i like it best when served with coconut chutney
