Ingredients

1) Cracked Wheat (Broken Wheat)- 1/2 Cup
2) Whole wheat Flour - 1/4 Cup ( I used Aashirvad Select)
3) Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
4) Salt - 1/2 tsp
5) Onion - 1/4 Cup chopped onion
6) Coriander leaves - 1/2 tsp chopped coriander leaves
7) Green Chilly - 1 chopped green chilly
8) Water - 1 Cup water.

Cracked wheat is full of fiber and is absolutely free of Transfat, cholesterol,and saturated fatty acids.It contains high levels of Minerals such as Iron, magnesium and is rich in vitamin B, and E.This wonder food is easily digestible and takes very less time to cook.




















Add Cracked Wheat, whole wheat flour, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl and mix them evenly. Then Add one cup water and mix them all evenly to form the batter.
Add Chopped onions, chilly and coriander leaves and mix them through the batter.Keep the batter aside for 5 minutes. Mix the batter again before making Dosas.
I love these crispy grainy dosa's with Tomato Chutney.
