Oats- Jaggery Milk Shake

Milk Shakes are any time delights, My husband likes to have milk shakes after food and my son likes to drink milk shake to avoid some food which he does not like to eat! Now you might be wondering when do I love to drink milk shakes ? i love them for breakfast , when i wake up late on a Sunday and still see both my husband and son sleeping. Now since its Breakfast milk shake its gonna be super healthy and full of fiber. I love Oats, and do not like it to be over cooked and sticky ....this experiment just refreshes my taste buds. 

Ingredients 



1) 1 Cup Milk

2) 1/4 Cup Oats 

3) 3 tbsp Grated Jaggery

4) 2 cardamom in quantity

Oats have soluble fibre ,is low in saturated fats and cholestrol and helps reduce risk of cardiovascular diseases. Milk is rich in calcium and protein, where as Jaggery has lots of calcium , vitamins and minerals. Cardamom not only flavors milk shake but also has digestive properties, treats nausea, and cleanses body.
