Corn Spinach Pakoda
Corn is one of the favorite snacks of my family , whether its in the form of pop corn, steamed Sweet Corn seasoned with lemon, butter, pepper chat masala there are lots of options ( i love the masala seasoning). Corn kebabs are also yummy , however both my husband and son would always like to have something super crispy to snack with Tea.
Ingredients

1) Sweet Corn - 1 Cup
2) Onion - 1/4 cup Roughly Chopped
3) Spinach - 1/2 Cup finely Chopped
4) Ginger - 1/2 tsp Chopped Ginger
5) Green Chilly - 3-4 in quantity
6) Corn Flour - 2 tsp
7) Chick pea Flour - 3 tsp
8) Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
9) Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
10) Oil - For frying the Pakoda
11) Salt - 1/2 tsp
12) Coriander leaves - 2 tsp chopped leaves.

In a Mixer, add Corn, Onion, Ginger and Green Chilly. Coarsely grind them to a paste.
In a Bowl transfer the coarsely ground corn paste and add Chopped Spinach and coriander leaves.
Crunchy Crispy Corn Pakoda should be had hot ! Serve them with sauce or chutney.
