Oats Semolina Uttapam
Uttapam is crispy dosa made of Urad dal and rice (1:3 ratio), soaked in water separately and fermented over night and made with vegetable toppings. Now this one is instant and does not need fermentation and tastes yummy and is very healthy.
Ingredients

1) Oats - 1 Cup
2) Semolina ( Sooji Rava) - 1 Cup
3) Water - 2 Cups
4) Onion - 1 Cup Chopped Onion
5) Tomato - 1 Cup Chopped Tomato
6) Coriander leaves - 1/4 Cup
7) Red Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp ( you can also use chopped green chillies)
8) Salt - 1/2 tsp
9) Wheat Flour - 1/2 tbsp

It helps reduce risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Semolina is rich source of Carbohydrates. Adding Vegetables like tomato,
Onion adds vitamin values to Uttapam.

Take Oats and semolina in a mixing bowl.
Add 2 Cups of water, 1/2 tbsp of wheat flour, 1/2 tsp of salt , red chilli powder and mix all the ingredients.
Serve it hot with any chutney of your choice.
