Lemon Sharbat (Panaka) 

Lemon is my favorite, so is my family's We often make lemon juice, lemon rice at home.

Now this one which i'm gonna share with you is my son's and my all time favorite. Its simple and healthy, and ingredients are easily available at everyone's kitchen. 

Ingredients

 

1)Lemon - 1/2 a lemon in quantity

2) Ginger - 1/2 cm thick small piece

3) Cardamom - 2 in number 

4) Jaggery - 2 heaped tbsp of grated Jaggery

5) One cup Water

Health Benefits

Jaggery contains calcium, vitamins and minerals.Lemon is rich in Vitamin C.Ginger has lots of digestive properties and cardamon has detoxifying and cleansing properties.This drink serves good in both summer and winter. we can also add basil and pepper power to this. i did not add them as my son likes it this way.
