Oats Biscuit Chocolate Cake
One of my friend told me that she tried out my instant Choco coffee cake and it worked for her , and asked me if she could combine fruits in it , i tried out with banana but was not satisfied with the end result.
She asked me if i could try something else as well. I searched the web for all microwave desserts/cakes which could be made easy with out convention mode. I found one in Tarla Dalal's Cook book, however it needed more ingredients and uses Parle Biscuit ( which i did not have in hand). Inspired from her cook book and replacing Parle biscuits with Marie Oats biscuits, replaced butter with oil, Tried with a different proportion of ingredients and with a different essence, and with difference in temperature setting, though i changed so many things it worked perfectly well and altogether became a new flavored cake.
