Roti Sticks

It was a Lazy Sunday  Just wanted to munch something with my son while watching TV. Din't wanna cook too long for a snack. Just wanted to have a cup of Tea with something crunchy and tasty. That's when i remembered reading something from my friend Anisha's blog  flavors http://flavoursforu.blogspot.in/2012/07/grissini-italian-bread-sticks.html  on how to make grissini , felt like that would be a great snack, how ever my convention mode in Oven is not working. Just thought of testing something , I had some  whole wheat Roti left which i made in the afternoon. Just tried heating them in oven and it worked out. It was crispy , healthy munch and required just 2 minutes of my time !!! This could be munched just like that or with any sauce/Ketchup.

 

Ingredients 



1) Roti 

2) Microwave safe plate/container

Its a healthy snack as the  Roti is made of Whole wheat flour which does not contain

much oil, its not fried so you can munch whole day long , just like how i did.
