OatsCocoFlax Laddu

My experiment with oats ended up this way today.I was busy thinking what sweet to make next after i made Roasted gram dal laddu. I had to use my cerebrum here to make something so that health does not square up with taste.That's when i noticed my Oats container smiling at me.coincidence is the word for the Desiccated coconut bottle which chatted with Oats....he also grabbed my notice! I played with flax seeds using them in salads, incorporating them in Roti, so just thought will add this as well. After i made this Laddu and started taking snaps of the final product my son kept on grabbing one by one, it was very difficult to interrupt his way towards kitchen for my photography :) He told me that taste of this Laddu out striped the Maladdu. Did not think too much , just named it OatsCocoFlax Laddu .....so now Let's get down with the ingredients!

Ingredients



1) Oats - 1.5 ( 1 and half) cups of powdered oats.

2) Desiccated Coconut flakes - 1 cup

3) Powdered sugar - 1 Cup

4) cardamom - 7-8 in quantity

5) Ghee - 5 tsp

6) Milk - 3-4 tbsp

7) Flax Seeds - 2 tbsp
